What are points?

Points are the score in palozi. You win them when a call lands, answering profile questions earns some, and they put you on the season boards. Plays are what you spend to make a call: a play costs 200 PLCY, and you can claim one free each day.

What are the Free-Play Championships?

Four seasonal contests (NFL, NBA, Weather and Trade) each pay a $1,000 prize to the top scorer. No purchase is necessary: only calls made with your free daily play count, and plays bought with points or Tawa never do. The Official Rules have the full terms, dates and who can enter.

Who are the “palozi bot” players on the boards?

palozi runs labeled house players that make picks from the oracle forecasts; they never take a prize, a payout or a place on a prize ranking. Each one wears a robot badge. They play with free picks only, their picks never move the price you see, and they are left out of every prize, championship and payout.

Can I cash points out?

No. palozi is a game. Plays and points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money, and nothing in palozi is a bet.

How does settlement work?

Every contest names its rules and its data source before it opens. When it closes, the source's signed result decides it, so we do not pick winners by hand. The rules, the results and the settlement are fingerprinted and recorded on the InsureBio public chain, and a Proof page lets you check them in your browser. See an example proof. Why can't I play a book contest?

Book contests keep out people who could move the numbers, such as an agency that is the biggest writer in a room. Check your role, trades and loan details under Profile. Weather calls are open to everyone.

Why can't I claim the free daily play?

The free play needs a verified phone number. Add and verify yours in your Bio-ID phone settings; palozi sees only that it is verified, never the number. Then come back and claim it. You get one per day.

How do I delete my account?

In the iOS app: Profile, then Settings, then Delete account. Or email [email protected] from the address on your account. Deleting removes your personal data and forfeits your points. Your Bio-ID account is separate. The privacy policy has the detail.

I did not get my morning push.

Pushes go out between 6 and 9 AM your local time, and only when calls of yours settled. Check that notifications are on for palozi in iOS settings.
